I took mine diligently for 1 and a half month. I bought the 60 caps  that will last  me 2 months. I avoided alcohol and caffein which are pretty easy as neither am i a drinker nor a coffee addict. The verdict;  I found out that after a month and a half consuming them, the skin on my cheek felt baby smooth to the touch, my forehead which are prone to sun exposure are now lighter and matches the skin tone on my whole face.
